How do I perform a reset on the RoboClean 3000?

A reset can help if your RoboClean is behaving unusually, won't connect, or displays error messages. Here we explain both options:

Soft Reset (no data loss)

• Press the Power button for about 10 seconds.
• The device will beep twice and restart.

Hard Reset (factory settings)

• Press and hold both the Power and Home button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
• After the sound signal, the robot will be reset.
• Wi-Fi connection and schedules will need to be set up again.

A reset does not delete any usage data stored on the server – your warranty remains valid.
