RoboClean will not turn on

If your RoboClean 3000 does not start or does not respond, please follow these steps:

1. Charge the battery

• Make sure the battery is charged – at least 30 minutes of charging before turning it on.
• For new devices: Have you removed the protective film from the contacts?

2. Hold down the power button

• Hold down the power button for at least 3 seconds until a beep sounds.

3. Perform a reset

• Hold down the power and home buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.

4. Check the power source

• Use only the supplied power adapter.
• Check the outlet – does another device work in this outlet?

If none of these steps help, please contact our customer support and have your serial number ready.
