RoboClean shows an error code – what does it mean?
If your RoboClean 3000 reports an error code (e.g., via voice announcement or display), here you will find the meaning of the most common codes:
- E01 – Brush blocked → Clean the main brush and remove hair or dirt.
- E02 – Side brush jammed → Check if the brush moves freely.
- E03 – Sensor dirty → Wipe all sensors with a dry cloth.
- E04 – No floor contact → Robot is on uneven or too dark a surface.
- E05 – Battery problem → Disconnect the device from power, wait 30 seconds, try again.
