RoboClean does not connect to Wi-Fi
If your ACME RoboClean 3000 is not connecting to Wi-Fi, please check the following points:
1. Check supported network
- RoboClean only supports 2.4 GHz networks – 5 GHz Wi-Fi is not recognized.
- Make sure your router provides a 2.4 GHz network or that dual-band is properly separated.
2. Entered password correctly?
- Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Avoid special characters if problems occur – if necessary, test with a simple password.
3. Distance & interference sources
- Make sure the RoboClean is within range of the router.
- Avoid connection attempts in basements, corners, or next to microwaves.
4. Re-pair the device
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi symbol blinks.
- Restart the connection via the ACME App.
