My RoboClean 3000 is not charging – what can I do?
Your RoboClean is not charging as usual? Don't worry – you can usually fix the issue yourself with a few simple steps.
1. Is the charging station properly connected?
- Make sure the power cord is fully plugged into the outlet and the charging station.
- The status LED on the station should be steadily lit.
2. Is the RoboClean seated correctly on the charging station?
- Ensure that the charging contacts on both the robot and the station are clean and not blocked (e.g., by dust).
- The robot must audibly click into place – you should hear a short beep.
3. Is the battery possibly deeply discharged?
- If the battery is completely empty, it may take 10–15 minutes for a charging indicator to appear.
- During this time, the RoboClean must not be moved.
4. Additional tips
- Perform a reset: Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until a signal tone sounds.
- Use only the original ACME power adapter.
- Place the station in a dry, level location – without carpet or incline.
5. Device still not charging?
If your RoboClean still does not charge after these steps, there may be a defect in the battery or the station.
