How can I have missing points credited?
You made a purchase but didn't receive any points? No problem – you can easily have your points credited afterwards.
Here's how:
- Have your order number or receipt ready
- Use our credit request form and provide all required information
- We will review your request and credit the points to your account
- A credit request is possible up to 30 days after the purchase date
Please note: For promotional points or special campaigns, a credit request may not always be possible.
