How can I have missing points credited?

You made a purchase but didn't receive any points? No problem – you can easily have your points credited afterwards.

Here's how:

• Have your order number or receipt ready
• Use our credit request form and provide all required information
• We will review your request and credit the points to your account
• A credit request is possible up to 30 days after the purchase date
