Can I combine multiple orders?

Have you placed multiple orders and want them shipped together? We do our best, but unfortunately, automatic combining is currently not possible.

• Our system processes each order separately—regardless of time or customer number.
• If you placed two orders very close together, you can contact our support. We will check if combining them is still possible.
• Unfortunately, there is no entitlement to a shipping cost refund in the case of double shipping.
